The tax you mention may be deductible on your tax return as a property tax. To be deductible, it must be based on the value of your vehicle. Also, you need to be able to benefit for itemizing your deductions for it to benefit you on your tax return.
You would enter your property tax paid on your vehicle in the federal section of TurboTax, in the Deductions and Credits area. Search for Cars and Other Things you Own, then choose Personal Property Taxes.
