Where can I deduct Medicare costs and Long Term coverage

Both entries are in Deductions and Credits, Medical expenses section.

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions and Credits
3. Scroll down to Medical, select Medical Expenses, enter the total amount for all medical insurance premiums, then continue and you will be able to enter your LTC coverage that you paid (see pic).

Note:  If you have form 1099-SSA and if Medicare is listed there, Turbo Tax will automatically carry the amount to the Schedule A, medical expenses section.
