Where can I claim Foreign Taxes paid as part of a global mutual fund?

Where can I claim Foreign Taxes paid as part of a global mutual fund?    It was not shown on my 1099-R but I saw it quarterly as a transaction in the annual account sheet.for 2 different funds  It is less than $100, but I'd like it in my pocket if I can some of it back.

On a 1099R, no foreign tax credit can be claimed.  Foreign taxes paid are shown on a 1099div, and for amounts totalling $300 or less, you just enter the 1099div as is.
