What do I enter as "Mortgage Interest" for the Mortgage Interest Credit Info questionnaire via TurboTax Delux? Is this the total interest paid in 2016, or the rate?

Great, thanks. I figured that was the answer, however the instructions said to "fill out the fields based upon the information on the certificate".
