My company allow me to work at home majority of the time and sometimes at company office. They can reimburse me for car expense at standard mileage rate as long as I provide them with the auto mileage log. Most of the time, I drive directly from home to BANK or Stores etc for business activity that company asks me to do. Is the trip from home to those location like bank, store etc for business purpose account for business mileage? Also, how about driving back home. Can I write on auto mileage log starting point" home" or "home office"?

Unfortunately, if you are an employee (Paid with a W2 not a 1099), beginning with your 2018 Tax Return, you can no longer deduct "business mileage".
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) that was signed into law in December of 2017 eliminated all "Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions" formerly allowable on your Schedule A. This includes all for "unreimbursed employee expenses", including business mileage.
