Turbotax requiring me to provide federal payer ein for indepdent contract work done for a foreign entity. it wants me to fill out a 1099-NEC but they prob dont have a ein

turbotax wont let me file without filling out 1099-nec worksheet with payer's ein. but they dont operate in the US at all.
