TurboTax indicates Form 8889-S saying that Self-only should not be checked. This is for my spouse's. We both have our own HDHP, mines for my son and I and hers is self.

To quote the IRS: "In the case of individuals who are married to each other, if either spouse has family coverage, both are treated as having family coverage." (IRS Notice 2004-2).

This sets the contribution limit to the family limit.

Who do i contact for status on getting my taxes back? I filed them in January. Turbo tax shows that it's been accepted. I can't track the IRS Refund for some reason.
