Trouble entering Residential Energy credit

Sir or Madam,

I have used Turbo Tax for about 25 years.  This year, for the first time, I have run into problems with the program.  First it was the mutual fund sale that I can't correct and that TT has yet to find a fix for, and now I'm in the middle of entering the information for my new electric heat pump and TT won't let me put in my address!

 Is there any help available????

If you're using TurboTax Desktop on a Mac, this is a known issue.
