I have tried entering medical facility fees in TurboTax Premier for Windows, and in TurboTax Home & Business for Mac and did not encounter an error.

Are you not able to enter anything on the medical facilities screen, when you click in the entry box? Where are you seeing the error message and what does it state specifically?
