it's listed as untitled for the date; I try to delete but it won't do it

The program will not delete a charitable donation

Sign in - Continue your/take me to my return
Go to My Account (top right), then Tools (opens Tools Center)
Delete a form (under Other helpful links)
From the Review Form List, delete Charitable Organization ()
