The Foreign Tax Credit Carryover page was auto populated with 2019-2021. Where did these numbers come from and how can I check them?

It says the amount used is 0 for each year. How can I check if this is accurate?

These are carryforwards from your prior year returns.  Provided you did your taxes with TurboTax in those years they should be accurate.  But you can double check by looking at the foreign tax credit taken on your return in those years.
