The childcare provider that I used to babysit my son last year claims that she needs my SSN to file her taxes. Is this accurate that I must give her this information?

The childcare provider that I used to babysit my son last year claims that she needs my SSN to file her taxes. Is this accurate that I must give her this information?

No.  You need her social security number or business tax ID number.  She does not need your tax number.
