Taxes paid

I report as married filing jointly....my wife and I are both retired.  Last year (2021 return for tax year 2020) I reported the 1099-R and SSA-1099 amounts.  In late 2021, I received a notice from the Treasury Dept that a miscalculation was found on my TurboTax return and "requested" an additional payment of $1210.55 which I paid on 9/29/2021.  The letter stated my 2020 return affected the "Recovery Rebate Credit".   My question is: can I add this $1210.55 to my 2021 return as taxes paid and, if so, where do I enter it?
