Tax witheld on NR4

I want to claim Canada tax withheld on my NR4 for the college pension. I plan on using credit and which income category should I fill out under?

Taxes withheld on the NR4 were paid to Canada, unfortunately. You'll need to file a Canadian tax return in order to request they return that to you. If they require you to pay some of that in taxes to Canada then you will be able to claim a foreign tax credit for the taxes paid on your US return.
