Tax Deduction

Hi,

This year I started paying a foreign consultant who is not a citizen of USA and does not live here, for advising me and helping with running my day to day business. Can those invoices be expensed and tax deducted? They came at about 36K or (3K monthly). Thanks.

Yes, if these expenses are necessary in the course of your business, these may be deducted. It doesn't matter who the vendor is that is providing the service.
