That's just the way TurboTax formats this particular screen. It shows zero itemized deductions because you are getting the standard deduction. You do not have itemized deductions on your tax return. If you had not used itemized deductions for 2022 the lines for itemized deductions wouldn't even appear on this screen. They're only there to show the 2022 amounts.

It looks like you are using the CD/Download Desktop TurboTax software. If you want to see your itemized deductions go to forms mode and open Schedule A.
