Spouse had major stroke 2018 and i have purchased a gazillion things here to help him and me He is completely bed ridden and ..can I deduct any of them?

major stroke 2/18 complete debilitation. i purchased lots of things for him/me to help with his care until late september when he went Under hospice care now was not covered until late 2018. Can I deduct any of them on taxes?
