Sold a rental property in India

Hello,

I sold an apartment in India in Sep 2023 for 70L (~$85,000). I bought this property 18 years ago for 24L(~$29,500). Over the years I spent around $8000 on maintenance issues. So based on the cost inflation index I have negative capital gains for this property, so I didn't pay any taxes in India. 

Could you please let me know how do I report the same in TurboTax?
