Unless you have an amount reported in your W-2 box 12 with a code W, then you should be able to just go back through the Health Savings Account (HSA) section to uncheck the box showing that you have an HSA.
If you have anything on your W-2 showing that a contribution was made to an HSA through payroll deductions, then you cannot skip going through the HSA section to complete Form 8889 as part of your return.
