Smart check glitch for refinance option in Desktop version?

I have a new mortgage loan with no points and is not a refinance. I selected no points and not a refinance. However Smart Check does not recognize that I selected not a refinance and when I select the prompted “Refinance No” option, it marks the loan as a refinance in the actual worksheet (I went back to check). I cannot file without passing Smart Check. Please help.

The program asks many questions and runs worksheets in the background. Only the sch A with the final amount goes to the IRS. You may have to change your answers to the program worksheets to get the correct answer on your schedule A.
