Showing capital loss for delisted stocks from Robinhood on my Tax return

Hello,

I have few stocks which are delisted in my portfolio on Robinhood.

Robinhood provides only the monthly transaction statements for them like all other stocks.

How can I claim capital losses for those delisted stocks in my tax return?

You don't have a capital loss until you sell the stocks. Being delisted does not mean that they cannot be sold, or that they are worthless. If you want to sell them, ask Robinhood how you can do that.

Since you did not sell the stocks in 2023, you have nothing to report on your 2023 tax return.
