For tax year 2018, the PMI deduction is currently unavailable. At this time we don't know when, or if, Congress will approve this deduction for tax year 2018. If the deduction is approved after your file your 2018 return, you can file an amendment to claim the deduction.
And, there are no special homebuyer's breaks or credits currently in place. You can deduct mortgage interest and real estate taxes. Real estate taxes do get lumped in with your state and local taxes that are now capped at a $10K maximum deduction.I do not believe this is going to change.

PMI is no longer deductible, you don't need to enter it anywhere.
