Should I file taxes in Colorado, even though I work remotely there?

If you are a non-resident of Colorado, but have 'Colorado source income' you can file a Non-Resident State Return there.

Prepare that return before your Resident State return.  If you also paid tax to Colorado, your resident state will give you credit for that,  so you're not double-taxed.
