SDC stock delisted

Guys - just checking if there are any rule surrounding SDC smiledirectclub stock - Fidelity has it at $.0035 but obviously it's delisted in Oct 2023. How does one typically go about selling or getting rid of it. I had 14k invested so hoping I can sell another stock I have a 14k gain on to offset taxes
