I need to change the dates of residency on Schedule A Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet Line 1b(2). How do I get to this form?

Yes, you can adjust the dates. I recommend in TurboTax CD/Download:

1. Returning to Schedule A to find the sales tax section to adjust the dates.
   1. From the Personal Tab
   2. Select Deductions and Credits>I'll choose what I work on
   3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid 
   4. Scroll to Sales Tax and click Update and Continue with Sales Tax
   5. Click the Easy Guide
   6. Places you lived click edit next to each state to adjust the dates
