Sale of investment property overseas

What IRS forms do i need to fill in..selling non-rental investment property overseas. Bought land 3 years ago, constructed apartments (never rented) and sold this year. Besides taxes paid to foreign country, can i claim commissions as well as travel related expenses back and forth? Which turbotax product best suited?

You can use any desktop TurboTax version (e.g., Deluxe, Home & Business).

If you want to prepare your return using an online version of TurboTax, you will have to use TurboTax Premium.
