Sale of Homes Capital Gain Deductions

My fiancée and I both own homes. We are getting married this year and she is selling her home and moving into my home. We may sell my home next year and buy another home. If we file jointly, can we deduct the capital gain on her home up to $250k this year, and deduct the capital gain on my home up to $250k next year?
