Rental Property Depreciation

For some reason 2022 TT desk top version is calculating the depreciation of my rental property slightly different than previous years.  In prior years the building deduction was always 2,455, this year when I put all the info in it calculates it to be $2596.  I cannot figure out what is going on, I’ve entered all the same info from prior years.

depreciation method is SL, I’m assuming the MACRS has always been MM, years to fully depreciate is 27.5 and I’m on year 11.

any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?

Rental Property Depreciation

what number do you get when you divide the depreciable cost by 27.5

for year 11 the percent depending on the month in service is either 3.636% or 3.637% (1/27.5 rounded)
