remote working assignment expenses

I started a new job out of state on October 1st.  I had to get my own apartment, etc.  Most of the time I worked in the office, but many days (due to Covid restrictions) were worked from the apartment.  Expenses include office supplies, travel to/from my home monthly, food and living expenses while staying at the apartment.

Unfortunately, Employee Business Expenses were eliminated with TCJA in 2017. They are no longer deductible.
