If my child care is tax exempt wont let me write it

What do you mean, your child care is tax exempt? Are you paying for child care or are you giving child care?

Child and Dependent care can be a deduction when done through a dependent care FSA with your employer, or it can be eligible for the Child and Dependent Care credit (or sometimes both).
