I made a few donations in 2019 but do not remember the days what should I do if I can’t recall the donations day

Donations without a receipt or acknowledgement can’t be deducted.

You should have receipts from to charities you donated to.  If any items were put in a collection box or another situation where it was impossible to get a receipt, you can estimate the date.
