I live outside of US. How do I go about entering my state ID?

Do you receive income reported on a W-2? Is there a state indicated in boxes 15-17? Where are you trying to enter a state ID?

Under the My Info section of a return, you will enter any state that you maintain residency. If you do not have state residency but need to report income earned in a state, you can Add a State in the State section of the software. Report all income in the Federal section of your return, and it will be allocated to the state return as necessary.
