How to handle electrical upgrades in rented space?

This is for a LLC. Rented space that we pay for monthly. We paid for electrical improvements to the rented space. How would I handle this on the tax return? Should I include as an Asset and depreciate? I can only find information for this on Home office expenses.

These expenses can be classified as Leasehold improvements. They should entered as an asset.

Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, leasehold improvements can be fully deducted under Section 179.

Please this IRS document for more information.
