How can i use my foreign tax credit carryover? I enter the amounts in the carryover table but the carryover from 2019 isn't being applied to 2020.

Bring up form 1116.  In part 3, line 21 is the maximum credit for TY2020.  1st call is the foreign tax paid for TY2020  listed on line 9.  If line 9 is less than line 21, then the remaining amount is drawn from the carryovers on line 10.
