Cobra premiums Tax Deductible

I was laid off last January 2019 and was on Cobra for 11 months (Feb through Dec 2019). I worked for a company that did not offer benefits for 5 of those months. Can i deduct the premiums I paid during that time and where would I enter this information?

All medical expenses and premiums are entered as itemized deductions in the  medical expenses section ... however if you do not have enough deductions to itemize deductions they will not count.
