Hi I received my child tax credit via through cashapp & cashapp closed my account & sent the money back, what do I do ? Will I get a check ? & I am pregnant due august 26th, how do I add my new baby ?

If your account was closed and the payment returned to the IRS, they will issue check and send it to the address they have on file for you.

You can use the IRS Child Tax Credit Update Portal to make sure you are enrolled to receive the advance payments. You can also update your banking information there so you can have future payments sent electronically. The Portal is being updated and sometime later this year you should be able to add your new child as well.
