1095a 8692 Percentage allocation for different tax filers on same 1095a form

We have two non-dependent adult children who are covered individuals on our 1095a form, as they were dependent students when we applied for AMA in 2019.  However, they are both filing their own taxes now and did not receive their own 1095a forms, which is the form that triggers the 8692 for the IRS when it is input into Turbotax.   Is it possible to put a zero percentage on the highest MAGI (me and husband filing jointly) and 100% on the lowest MAGI (daughter) and zero on son.  When I play with the numbers as far as percentages on each tax return the difference is substantial, which makes me wonder if this is correct or a red flag?  I read that as long as it adds up to 100% that it is correct, just need to verify.

Thanks.

You may allocate amounts in any way you choose as long as it ends up adding up to 100%. They will not get their own 1095-A. They will each need a copy of your form to enter on their returns.
