Purchase price for donated Grave site

In 2018 I donated grave plots I inherited in 2016 to a charity, the price from the cemetery on or around date of death was $4080 the appraisal now is $3350, what do I show as "Purchase Price" I do not know the original purchase price amount as these were passed down through the family over many years

Show the fair market value of the gravesite on the date of the death -- in your case this would be $4,080.
