Personal property tax

I need to amend my 2018 return - already submitted and process and add personal property taxes.  Where do I go to add personal property taxes (auto) on my amended return?

It will be part of Itemized Deductions, but that category of deductions is limited to 10K for the year, if your state taxes and real estate taxes exceed the 10K cap, those automobile taxes wont make any difference.    

Look at Schedule A on the original return, Line 7, if it shows 10K, then adding that dedcution wont make any difference for you.
