My wife is under my HDHP. What answer did i give for the question, "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did "spouse name" have on December 1, 2022? Family? None?

Since it's not my wife's insurance provider, she is covered under my insurance. Do I list her as None or Family for HDHP?

If your spouse did not have an HSA in 2022, then answer NONE.

If your spouse had an HSA but did not contribute to HER HSA in 2022, then answer NONE. (Remember that each of you can have an HSA).

If your spouse was covered by an HDHP policy for each month of 2020, then answer NONE.

In all likelihood, your spouse does not have an HSA, so she never went through the HSA interview to tell TurboTax that she had HDHP coverage, so TurboTax go confused and thought that maybe her coverage "lapsed". Sound familiar? If so, see first paragraph.
