My wife currently does not have SSN, and she is live in Canada mostly. How should I file my Tax return.

System will not let me processed when I leave her SSN blank.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to efilr your tax return without a social security or ITIN for your spouse. You will have to mail the tax return (with an W7 application for ITIN)
