Do you have a code W (or maybe a code R) in box 12 on your W-2? These refer to an HSA or MSA respectively.

It might be there because of an error on your payroll team's part or because the company is contributing to the HSA that you didn't know that you had. Take a look.

Turbo tax is the worst company I've ever had to deal with--and that's saying something but I need to upgrade from Deluxe to self-employment and can't thru website or CS.
