My Mortgage was sold, Not a refi

I entered all information correctly into TT, but when I do the federal review I get this,

"Home mortgage interest worksheet (Lender name): Refi must be entered.

Next Error

"Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet (Lender Name): Points paid on refinance must be entered

Points paid on refinance _______

I didn't refi, I my loan was transferred. I paid points in 2023 when the loan was originated.

Don't check the box that says the original 1098 was paid off or refinanced in 2024 but do check that it is not the latest 1098. For the second 1098, don't check that it is a refinance of a previous loan but do check that it is the latest 1098.
