My house is under both my boyfriend and I. Who claims the house?

When I fill my taxes do I say homeowner as well if I don't claim the house and he does?

Whoever pays it will claim it, or you can split it if you both pay it.  Also, no, do not state that you are a homeowner if he will be claiming the mortgage interest and real estate taxes.  If you say yes to that question, it will trigger the software to ask questions about the mortgage interest, etc.
