You should always use the address that you would like the IRS to contact you when filing your tax return. Your mailing address is what should be listed and not your home address. Check to be sure the address on your return is where you would like to receive mail if the IRS needs to contact you. If something is incorrect follow the steps below.

If you cannot print
the form you can let them know In Writing
If you write, they
need your:
- full name
- old and new addresses
- social security number,
individual taxpayer identification number, or employer identification
number, and
- signature
