Medical expenses

I have a High Deductible medical with HSA. Last year I have two major surgeries that cost total of $400,000 but I only had to pay total of $3000 as that is my out of pocket max. How should I fill out the Medical Expense?

I'm not sure what "Medical Expense" you are filling out. If you are filling out medical expenses for Schedule A -Itemized Deductions, you can include expenses that you paid out of pocket and that were not reimbursed by insurance or your HSA.
