Maximum itemized deductions

Once you reach your maximum itemized deductions, is there any reason to continue to enter your charitable contributions, vehicle registration fees, etc?

There is no maximum and if charitable contributions are large enough you may be entitled to a carryover to 2024 which would belost is all of them are not entered. . charity by charity detail for cash contributions is not reported to the iRS so that can be entered as one item
