As you pass the Substantial Presence test for tax year 2021, you are considered a resident alien for 2021 and have to report your worldwide income for the full year on a US tax return.

My relative will send me 15k from a foreign country as a gift. She would send it via bank transaction (not cash). Do I need to report it in form 3520? Is this taxable?
