It says i claimed eic, but i didnt. Don't understand

When i track my refund it says because i claimed eic i gave to wait. I didnt claim eic. So im confused

EIC is automatic if you qualify.

I cannot claim eic, my child is adult on her own. So i dudnt claim it but it says i did

Same here. I don't have any children somebody needs to fix my taxes asap. This BS!!!
