It's Deductible

I have entered donations into It's Deductible while completing 2019 Income Tax using TurboTax. When I have a review done on my federal income tax, one error is found within It's Deductible. I have never had this occur in previous years. I don't know what else needs to be entered. Is there a problem with It's Deductible? I can't proceed until this error is fixed! I need help!!!
